OSLO, July 2 (Reuters) - Norwegian electronics and defense systems maker Kongsberg Gruppen (KOG.OL) said on Thursday:
* In agreement with Northrop Grumman Corp (NOC.N) on Joint Strike Fighter parts
* Agreement valued at around NOK 460 mln ($72.4 mln), has NOK 2.5 bln potential
