SINGAPORE, June 5 (Reuters) - HSBC (HSBA.L) said on Friday it is acting as a joint lead manager and underwriter on Singapore Netune Orient Line's (NOL) (NEPS.SI) $972 million rights issue. Other joint lead managers and underwriters were J.P. Morgan (S.E.A) Ltd and Morgan Stanley Asia, NOL said in a statement to the Singapore exchange on Friday.
