HeidelbergCement cuts stake in Indocement - source
SINGAPORE, June 10 (Reuters) - HeidelbergCement (HEIG.DE) has raised about $310 million after it reduced its stake in Indonesia's PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa (INTP.JK) to around 51 percent from 65.1 percent, a source with knowledge of the deal told Reuters.
The German cement maker, which is trying to reduce debt, sold 520.5 million shares at 6,000 rupiah a share to institutional investors, the source said.
RBS (RBS.L) managed the deal, which was completed overnight. Indocement declined to comment and HeidelbergCement was not available to comment.
The price is a discount of about 12 percent to Indocement's Tuesday's closing price of 6,850 rupiah a share. (Reporting by Saeed Azhar; Editing by Lincoln Feast)
