March 4 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Tuesday. (For Reuters columns on deals, click on [DEALTALK/])

** Norwegian oil group StatoilHydro (STL.OL) agreed to buy stakes in projects in Brazil and the Gulf of Mexico from U.S. group Anadarko (APC.N) for up to $2.1 billion, expanding its international portfolio.

** Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) is still in talks with Colonial (COL.MC) despite ICD earlier saying its bid for the indebted Spanish property firm had expired, sources close to the negotiations said. [nL04885951]

** Australian dairy and juice producer National Foods, owned by top Japanese brewer Kirin Holdings (2503.T), is interested in making a bid for milk and cheese producer Dairy Farmers, a source said. [nSYD237149]

** Cardinal Health Inc (CAH.N) has agreed to acquire the assets of privately held Enturia Inc for $490 million to expand its line of products to prevent hospital-acquired infections, Cardinal said. [nN04453368]

** Global Radio is to increase its offer for GCap Media GCAP.L, Britain's biggest commercial radio group, to 225 pence per share in cash and has urged the group to drop a March 5 "put up or shut up" firm bid deadline. [nL0456764]

** France's Societe Generale (SOGN.PA), which holds a controlling stake in Russia's bank Rosbank (ROSB.MM), has offered to buy the stakes of minority shareholders at 194.09 roubles per share, Rosbank said. [nL04879826]

** South Korea's Hana Bank bought $50 million worth of shares in Merrill Lynch MER.N from Singapore fund Temasek in February, Hana's parent group said. [nSEO139424]

** Property to alternative energy investment firm HKC (Holdings) Ltd (0190.HK) said it will pay HK$397.5 million (US$51 million) for a controlling stake in JIC Technology Co Ltd (0987.HK), making JIC the main vehicle for the company's alternative energy business. [nHKG13109]

** Australia's Sigma Pharmaceuticals Ltd (SIP.AX) and private equity firm Archer Capital said they are in talks with Primary Health Care Ltd (PRY.AX) about Symbion Health Ltd SYB.AX assets that Primary may sell. [nSYD248414]

** China Minsheng Banking Corp (600016.SS) will sell a 3.26 percent stake in Haitong Securities (600837.SS), China's third-largest listed brokerage, via an auction, the bank said. [nSHA219659]

** Finnish utility Fortum (FUM1V.HE) said it had bought an additional 14.7 percent stake in Lithuania's Klaipedos Energija from Germany's Stadtwerke Leipzig, without disclosing the value of the deal. [nL04920469]

** French insurer AXA (AXAF.PA) said it had made a takeover offer for British insurance company SBJ Group Ltd, as AXA continues its strategy of making small-to-medium sized acquisitions in Britain. [nL04324871]

** Demand Media, run by former MySpace Chairman Richard Rosenblatt, said it has purchased Web media syndication company Pluck Corp, as part of an expansion of its Internet social media business.
