** Russian miner Norilsk Nickel (GMKN.MM) has sold a 27.7 percent stake in regional power generator TGK-14, the company said in a statement. [ID:nL5550829]
** Qatar's Barwa Real Estate Co BRES.QA said it is considering buying financial and investment companies to incorporate into a bank that it is launching to help fund its property projects. [ID:nL5338555]
** Panzhihua Iron & Steel (Group) Co, one of the largest steelmakers in western China, has completed the merger of its listed arms into PZH Steel (000629.SZ), PZH Steel said. [ID:nSHA117758]
** Rift Oil Plc (RIFT.L) said it reached an agreement with a multi-national oil company to fund the drilling of up to four wells in Papua New Guinea, sending its shares up 31 percent. [ID:nBNG478821]
