Dec 4 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Tuesday.

** AT&T Inc (T.N) said it agreed to a swap of wireless assets with carrier Verizon Wireless in a deal that would meet divestiture requirements for AT&T's recent purchase of Dobson Communications Corp.

** H&R Block Inc (HRB.N) said the sale of its struggling subprime home lender unit, Option One Mortgage Corp, to Cerberus Capital Management LP was terminated, a move that will trigger $75 million of charges and 620 job cuts. [nN04482859]

** Australian bank Macquarie MBL.AX acquired 89 percent of German metering service firm Techem TNHG.DE in its public tender that values Techem at 1.5 billion euros ($2.2 billion), it said. [nL04441714]

** ArcelorMittal (ISPA.AS)(MTP.PA), the world's largest steelmaker, said it planned to buy the shares in ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil ACES4.SA it does not already own for up to 3.2 billion Brazilian reais ($1.78 billion). [nL04137751]

** European media group Bertelsmann [BERT.UL] said it may buy the rest of RTL Group Plc AUDK.LU it does not own, but would not pay more than 82 euros per share for the 10.2 percent stake in Europe's leading TV broadcaster. [nL04351781]

** Roman Abramovich, Russia's richest man, will acquire a 40 percent interest in Highland Gold Mining Ltd (HGM.L) for $400 million by subscribing to a new share issue in Russia's fourth-largest gold miner. [nL04271010]

** Dutch Philips Electronics (PHG.AS)(PHG.N) said it will acquire U.S.-based Emergin, without disclosing financial details. [nWEB0056]

** Shares of China Resources Land (1109.HK) rose more than 7 percent in early Tuesday trading after the company said it would buy property interests from its parent for US$582 million. [nHKF078754]

** Hotel management company Interstate Hotels & Resorts Inc (IHR.N) said it agreed to acquire four hotels from affiliates of Blackstone Group LP (BX.N) for $207.8 million in a joint venture with Harte Holdings. [nWNAS3692]

** Online social network Facebook.com has secured a $60 million investment by Li Ka-shing through the billionaire Hong Kong tycoon's foundation, a source familiar with the deal confirmed. [nN03445209]

** Swedish paper products maker SCA (SCAb.ST) said it had sold its Softis facial tissue business to remove anti-trust concerns in the wake of its deal to buy Procter & Gamble's European tissue unit. [nL04561303]
