Australia's Nufarm seeking to raise A$320mln-sources

SYDNEY, May 15 (Reuters) - Nufarm Ltd (NUF.AX), an Australian farm chemicals group, is seeking to raise about A$320 million ($242 million) by selling new shares, two fund managers who were approached by the company's advisers told Reuters on Friday.

The new shares are being sold at A$11.25 each, the sources said, a 10 percent discount to Nufarm's last traded price. The sources declined to be identified as details of the raising were not public yet.

Nufarm was not immediately available for comment.

Earlier, Nufarm halted trading in its shares to make an announcement regarding capital raising. It did not give details.
