Australia's Macarthur says to raise A$190mln

SYDNEY, June 18 (Reuters) - Macarthur Coal Ltd (MCC.AX), an Australian coal producer, plans to raise about A$190 million ($151 million) by selling new shares at A$6.00 each, to fund its growth, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

Macarthur also forecast a net profit of between A$155-A$170 million for fiscal year to June 30, but said no decision has been taken on its full-year dividend. ($1=A$1.26) (Reporting by Denny Thomas)
