SYDNEY, June 26 (Reuters) - Managing director of Australian building products maker Boral Ltd (BLD.AX), Rob Pearse, has decided to retire, the company said in a statement on Friday.
Pearse will retire when his current contract with the company expires on Dec. 31, 2009, the statement said. (Reporting by Denny Thomas;)
