Laox: filing omission will not affect Suning tie-up

TOKYO, June 25 (Reuters) - Japanese electronics retailer Laox (8202.T) said on Thursday it will re-submit a regulatory filing on Suning Appliance Co's (002024.SZ) purchase of a 27.36 percent Laox stake, and that the capital tie-up would not be affected.

Laox said that there was an omission in its filing to financial regulators about Suning's planned purchase of its 800 million yen ($8.4 million) stake. (Reporting by Mayumi Negishi)
