NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares in Novellus Systems Inc (NVLS.O) fell 3.2 percent to $20.90 in extended trade on Wednesday after the maker of chip manufacturing tools said third-quarter earnings were slightly better than Wall Street expectations.
