WARSAW, June 25 (Reuters) - Poland's second-largest refiner Lotos LTOS.WA expects to post a net profit in the second quarter, but may remain in the red for first six months after its 659 million zloty ($203 million) first-quarter loss.

"We will certainly have net profit, the question is will it be enough to make up for the first quarter loss," chief executive Pawel Olechnowicz told reporters on Thursday. (Reporting by Pawel Bernat; Writing by Patryk Wasilewski; Editing by Dan Lalor) ($1 = 3.241 zlotys)
