Air NZ loses charges appeal: Air New Zealand (AIR.NZ) has lost its latest appeal challenging increased landing charges at Wellington International Airport (IFT.NZ). The Court of Appeal upheld a High Court ruling last year that the airport was not restricted from monopoly pricing under the Airport Authority Act and could increase fees in steps so long as it consulted with the airline.
