Craftmade says CEO Ridings to retire

NEW YORK, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Craftmade International Inc CRFT.O said on Tuesday Chief Executive Officer James Ridings will retire effective June 30, but has been asked by the company's board of directors to continue in his role as chairman.

Ridings founded the maker of ceiling fans and lighting products in 1985 and has served as chairman and chief executive officer since 1986.
