Aug 16 (Reuters) - Geokinetics Inc. (GOK.A) said Chief Executive David Johnson resigned to pursue opportunities outside the seismic services industry.
The provider of seismic acquisition and high-end seismic data processing services said Richard Miles, its chief operating officer, will replace Johnson as CEO. (Reporting by Nachiket Kelkar in Bangalore)
