Aug 23 (Reuters) - Craftmade International Inc. (CRFT.O) said it was not up for sale, after a committee of independent directors reviewed strategic alternatives for the company.
Craftmade, a maker of ceiling fans and lighting products, said it was in talks with some companies on possible acquisitions. (Reporting by John Tilak in Bangalore)
