July 3 (Reuters) - Local.com (LOCM.O) said in a regulatory filing that Hearst Communications Inc. has a 22.4 percent stake in the company as of June 23.

In an April 6 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S.-based Web search services provider had reported that Hearst had a 13.8 percent stake in the company, as of March 29. (Reporting by Shailesh Kuber in Bangalore)
