July 12 (Reuters) - Bank holding company Harleysville National Corp. (HNBC.O) said it named Paul Geraghty chief executive officer, effective July 23.
Interim CEO Demetra Takes will remain CEO and president of its unit, Harleysville National Bank and Trust Co., the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Deepti Chaudhary in Bangalore)
