Openwave announces immediate CFO departure, names interim
Jan 14 (Reuters) - Software company Openwave Systems Inc (OPWV.O) said its chief financial officer, Jean-Yves Dexmier, is no longer with the company, effective immediately.
Openwave named Anne Brennan, vice president of finance, as interim CFO.
The company also named Charles Levine as non-executive chairman of the board, effective Jan. 10. Levine replaces Robert Vrij, who will continue as Openwave's president and chief executive officer. (Reporting by Varsha Tickoo in Bangalore; Editing by Amitha Rajan)
