HANOI, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Wall Street investment bank Morgan Stanley (MS.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) has established a joint venture with Gateway Securities, a small brokerage in Vietnam, a source close to the deal said on Wednesday.
"It will be a platform onshore for the bank's activities in Vietnam," the source told Reuters. (Reporting by Nguyen Nhat Lam; editing by Darren Schuettler)
