Valero restarts Texas City refinery units -filing

HOUSTON, Aug 9 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp (VLO.N) was restarting units at its 199,500 barrel-per-day Texas City, Texas, refinery, according to a notice filed Friday with Texas pollution regulators.

The restart of the units in complexes 1 and 3 of the refinery began on Saturday was planned to run through Tuesday, according to the notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by Marguerita Choy)
