Conoco reports flaring at L.A. refinery -state

HOUSTON, March 10 (Reuters) - ConocoPhillips (COP.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) reported flaring at the Carson, California, plant of its 139,000 barrel per day (bpd) Los Angeles refining complex on Monday afternoon, according to a notice filed with state pollution regulators.

The cause of the release was under investigation, according to the filing with California Office of Emergency Services. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
