New Issue-Mediacom LLC sells $350 mln in senior notes
Aug 11 (Reuters) - Mediacom LLC, a unit of Mediacom
Communications Corp (MCCC.O), on Tuesday sold $350 million of
senior notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a
Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $300 million.
JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, and SunTrust were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
