New Issue-Alliance One Int'l adds $100 mln to snr notes

Aug 12 (Reuters) - Leaf tobacco supplier Alliance One
International Inc (AOI.N) added $100 million to its existing 10
percent senior notes due 2016 on Wednesday, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.

The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $75 million.

Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and ING were
the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
