NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. authorities were considering conservatorship as an option for insurer American International Group Inc. (AIG.N), Bloomberg reported on Tuesday, citing two people briefed on the negotiations.
Additional details were not immediately available.
A spokesperson for AIG was not immediately available.
