PetroChina Dalian to shut half crude capacity-source

BEIJING, April 1 (Reuters) - PetroChina's (0857.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) largest refinery, Dalian, will shut half of its refining capacity as well as relevant downstream facilities from mid-April for one month of maintenance work, an industry source said on Tuesday.

The plant will close a 200,000 barrels per day (bpd) crude unit and a 3.5 million tonnes per year (tpy) fluid catalytic cracker as well as others , the source said.
