Polo Ralph Lauren to buy out rest of Impact 21

TOKYO, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Impact 21 Co 9944.T said on Friday that PRL Japan, a Japanese unit of Polo Ralph Lauren Corp (RL.N), will buy out minority shareholders through a stock swap.

Under the deal, Impact 21 shareholders will receive 0.00000182 share of PRL Japan for each of their shares, the company said.

Polo Ralph Lauren acquired a 97.3 percent stake in the company through a tender offer earlier this year. (Reporting by Taiga Uranaka)
