TOKYO, April 7 (Reuters) - Japan's Konica Minolta Holdings Inc (4902.T: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Monday it has formed a strategic tie-up with Dutch photocopier and printer maker Oce NV (OCEN.AS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) in the development and marketing of office and production printing.
