Japan's Aiful to increase capital by $1.1 bln-Nikkei
TOKYO, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Japanese consumer finance firm Aiful (8515.T: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) plans to increase its capital by 120 billion yen ($1.1 billion), the Nikkei business daily reported on its Web site.
It said a group of investors led by President Yoshitaka Fukuda would invest 50 billion yen and the company would also issue a euroyen convertible bond worth 70 billion yen.
The Osaka Securities Exchange said it had temporarily halted trade in Aiful shares. (Reporting by Edwina Gibbs)
