Japan's Aiful to increase capital by $1.1 bln

TOKYO, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Japanese consumer finance firm Aiful (8515.T: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Wednesday that it plans to increase its capital by 120 billion yen ($1.1 billion).

It said it would issue new shares worth 50 billion yen and a euroyen convertible bond worth 70 billion yen. ($1=107.28 Yen) (Reporting by Edwina Gibbs)
