Flextronics sees higher China notebook PC capacity
TAIPEI, July 13 (Reuters) - Electronics giant Flextronics (FLEX.O) said on Monday it expected its China notebook PC capacity to hit 20 million units annually by the end of next year, up from 8-10 million units now.
Peter Ju, a general manager of Flextronics, gave Reuters the forecast on the sidelines of a company event.
Earlier in the day, Flextronics said it would add 1,500 engineers to the Singapore-based firm's FLEXComputing Taiwan unit, bringing the total to 2,000.
