Vornado sells interest in AmeriCold for $220 mln

NEW YORK, March 30 (Reuters) - Vornado Realty Trust VNO.N said on Sunday it agreed to sell its interest in Americold Realty Trust (AmeriCold) to The Yucaipa Companies for about $220 million.

The real estate arm of Morgan Stanley (MS.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), Morgan Stanley Real Estate, also agreed to sell its interest in AmeriCold to Yucaipa, Vornado said. (Reporting by Justin Grant; Editing by Tomasz Janowski)
