Micro Focus to buy NetManage for $73.3 million
LONDON, May 1 (Reuters) - British software company Micro Focus International Plc (MCRO.L) said on Thursday it was to buy U.S. peer NetManage Inc for an agreed $73.3 million, or $7.20 per share.
Micro Focus also said in a statement its revenue for the year ended April 30 should be in a range from $226 million to $228 million, with underlying growth, at constant currency, of about 15 percent and higher earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) year-on-year.
