Jan 30 (Reuters) - Seacastle Inc SC.N said it is postponing its proposed initial public offering due to unfavorable market conditions and market volatility.
On Sept 12, the company said it filed for an IPO to raise up to $345 million. (Reporting by Sreerupa Mitra in Bangalore)
