JAKARTA, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Canada's Husky Energy Inc (HSE.TO) and Indonesia's Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) (PGAS.JK), will sign a final agreement for a $367 million gas deal, an official at Indonesia's oil watchdog said on Tuesday.

The deal with PGN was part of a total of around $1.8 billion gas supply agreement from Husky.
