TABLE-Reuters/U Mich July prelim sentiment index 56.6

 July 11 (Reuters) - The Reuters/University of Michigan
Surveys of Consumers' July preliminary consumer sentiment index
rose to 56.6 from June's final reading of 56.4, according to a
report released on Friday.
 Economists in a Reuters survey expected a final June
reading of 55.5.
 Below is a table of the survey's components:

 THE SURVEY: The Reuters/University of Michigan Surveys of
Consumers, a monthly series of data on U.S. consumer sentiment,
are produced by the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor,
Michigan. Reuters has exclusive rights to distribute the data
