TABLE-Japan big manufacturer sentiment falls in Apr-June

TOKYO, June 23 (Reuters) - Big Japanese manufacturers were more pessimistic about business conditions in the three months to June compared with the previous quarter, a government survey showed on Monday. [JPBUSC=ECI]
The business survey index (BSI) of sentiment at large manufacturers in the April-June quarter was minus 15.1, compared with minus 12.9 in January-March, according to a joint survey by the Ministry of Finance and the Economic and Social Research Institute, an arm of the Cabinet Office.
The sentiment index at large non-manufacturers fell to minus 15.3 from minus 7.2 in the previous quarter, while that at big firms overall was down at minus 15.2 against minus 9.3 in the first quarter of this year, the survey showed.
