Sony says 06/07 game losses to exceed 200 bln yen
TOKYO, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Sony Corp. (6758.T) said on Wednesday it expected losses in its game division to exceed 200 billion yen ($1.65 billion) in the current year to March, but would aim to break even on games in the next financial year.
Sony Senior Vice President Takao Yuhara also told a group of reporters that Sony planned to list its financial unit in Japan.
Yuhara said the game division's losses in 2006/07 would exceed its previous forecast for 200 billion yen by a few tens of billions of yen.
