TOKYO, March 5 (Reuters) - Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda said on Wednesday there was no way there would be a vacuum in leadership at the Bank of Japan, where Governor Toshihiko Fukui is due to retire on March 19. Fukuda added that the government would put forward a candidate to succeed the central bank governor "in time", although he did not specify when that would be.
