U.S., Gulf have mutual nuclear arms interests-Geithner

JEDDAH, July 14 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said on Tuesday the United States and Gulf region have an interest in trying to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons.

"We have a common security interest ... in trying to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons in this region," he told journalists during a visit to Saudi Arabia.
