NEW YORK, Sept 20 (Reuters) - U.S. driller Noble Corp (NE.N) said on Thursday its president and chief executive Mark Jackson resigned and it has appointed William Sears as interim president and CEO.
Noble's board has formed a search committee to review candidates for the position of president and CEO on a permanent basis, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Anupreeta Das)
