Repros to revise testosterone drug trial design

NEW YORK, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Repros Therapeutics Inc (RPRX.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Monday it plans to submit a revised protocol for future clinical trials of its experimental drug Androxal to treat testosterone deficiency, following discussions with U.S. health regulators.

"We believe Androxal may have the potential to reach a broader spectrum of endocrinological dysfunctions beyond the effects of low testosterone alone," said Chief Executive Joseph Podolski. (Reporting by Martinne Geller)
