News Corp won't raise German pay-TV stake-source

NEW YORK, Jan 7 (Reuters) - Media conglomerate News Corp NWSa.N does not plan to increase its stake in German pay-television broadcaster Premiere PREGn.DE, a source familiar with the matter said on Monday.

News Corp said earlier on Monday that it had decided to buy a 14.58 percent stake in Premiere because it saw growth potential in Germany's pay-TV market. (Reporting by Robert MacMillan; Editing by Lisa Von Ahn)
