Clarcor buys majority stake in Morocco-based engine filter maker

March 5 (Reuters) - Clarcor Inc. (CLC.N) said it acquired 80 percent stake in Sinfa SA, a maker of engine filters based in Casablanca, Morocco, to expand in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

The deal is expected to be add to earnings in 2007, the maker of filters for air, oil and fuels said in a statement.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. (Reporting by Deepti Chaudhary in Bangalore)
