Tessera files new patent complaint with ITC
Dec 10 (Reuters) - Tessera Technologies Inc (TSRA.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said it filed a new patent-infringement complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission against several companies.
The company, which provides miniaturization technologies, said the complaint was centered on certain products, including DRAM memory chips, DRAM memory modules and computer systems incorporating such chips and modules.
Tessera said it also filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against these companies. (Reporting by Purwa Khandelwal in Bangalore)
