Trading Technologies says wins lawsuit against eSpeed

Oct 10 (Reuters) - Trading Technologies International Inc said a jury ruled that eSpeed Inc's ESPD.O trading software infringes on its patents and awarded it $3.5 million in damages.

The jury in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois ruled against eSpeed Inc, eSpeed International Ltd and Ecco Ware Ltd in the infringement case, Trading Technologies said in a statement. (Reporting by Aditi Samajpati in Bangalore)
