Oct 24 (Reuters) - Pharmasset Inc (VRUS.O) said its drug for treating Hepatitis C received fast track status from U.S. health regulators.
The drug R7128 is a prodrug, or a chemically modified form of PSI-6130, a drug being developed in collaboration with Roche Holding AG (ROG.VX), Pharmasset added. (Reporting by Niveditha Ravi in Bangalore)
