MONDAY, JUNE 23 SOPOT, Poland - ECB Executive Board member Yves Mersch gives a keynote speech at a panel titled "Is the Growth of Competitiveness of the European Economy possible without ensuring Financial Safety?" at the European Financial Congress organised Gdansk Institute for Market Economics - 1200 GMT. JAKARTA - World Bank releases an analysis on Indonesia's development policy outlook, titled "Indonesia: Avoiding the Trap". The World Bank's chief economist in Indonesia, Ndiama Diop, will present the findings of the report - 0230 GMT. JERUSALEM - Bank of Israel announces Interest Rate Decision - 1600 GMT.
