FACTBOX: Forecasts for 2007 Atlantic hurricane season

(Reuters) - A noted hurricane forecasting team at Colorado State University on Tuesday increased its estimate of the number of tropical storms in the 2007 Atlantic hurricane season to 17 from 15. It also estimated there would be a total of seven hurricanes.

The following are the latest predictions for 2007:

*Hurricane total includes an expectation that Tropical Storm Karen will be upgraded in a post-season analysis. End of season analysis due November 27
