33 dead in Virginia shootings: university president

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Thirty-three people, including the suspected gunman, were killed on Monday in a shooting rampage at Virginia Tech university, the university's president said.

The rampage was the deadliest shooting on a campus in U.S. history.
